01Not a government office
Kabir Real Estates is a private practice. We are not part of, and do not represent, MCD, NDMC, DDA, the Land and Development Office, the Delhi Revenue Department, any Sub-Registrar's office or any other government body. Each of those offices decides its own applications.
02Not a law firm or a registered valuer
Our observations are advisory. They are not a formal legal opinion, a title certificate, or a valuation report by a registered valuer. Where your matter needs one of those, we tell you and recommend that you engage the right professional.
03Based on what we are shown
Our work rests on the documents and information made available to us and on records publicly accessible at the time. It is not a substitute for a search at the Sub-Registrar's office or with any other competent authority.
04No guarantees
We do not guarantee any approval, completion date, sale price, appreciation, or freedom from defect. Mutation and registration records do not by themselves settle every question of ownership.
